Bumps in the road

OK, will tell you why I had to get rid of the scale. Started off well with everyone's help. Only weigh in at the docs office, unfortunately had to return to the docs in one week,now during that week did exercise and was on point for food intake etc. 1#loss, now talk about emotional eating, was so mad went on a eating binge. Makes no sense I know . Reading about some people that stay the same for months and do not get discouraged I feel really stupid. One of the Sparkers that joined the same time I did is now down 162 pounds, obviously she really got it. Was determined and motivated wish those qualities were for sale, but you know they are actually free right here on this site
So once again its pick myself up and get it done. Thank you all for the help and if you really need a kick in the rear check out Tublady's site. emoticon

  Congratulations you lost 1 pound. It may not be what you were looking for but any loss is a step in the right direction.

    Any loss is good, but you need to remember that your daily weight is a random variable of several pounds. It's like blood pressure - changing all the time. One pound a week is 52 pounds a year. You will get a year older.

    Any loss is better than a gain. But I do understand unrational eating binges. Times that you would think would make us do better has the opposite effect.Makes no sense. It is hard when we see people lose so much and we haven't or gained back a lot like I did. Trust me there are many of us that have felt the same way as you have.But we know it can be done and we will never do it if we quit. So no giving up.
