OK, will tell you why I had to get rid of the scale. Started off well with everyone's help. Only weigh in at the docs office, unfortunately had to return to the docs in one week,now during that week did exercise and was on point for food intake etc. 1#loss, now talk about emotional eating, was so mad went on a eating binge. Makes no sense I know . Reading about some people that stay the same for months and do not get discouraged I feel really stupid. One of the Sparkers that joined the same time I did is now down 162 pounds, obviously she really got it. Was determined and motivated wish those qualities were for sale, but you know they are actually free right here on this site
