2011 BL Spring Into Action Challenge - Week #1 Recap

My week has started slow. Which has not been very different from the start of this year. It has been very slow. Well I have a sister n law that has been losing weight since 8/10 and she started out at approximately 230 lbs. She has been losing weight since then, by practically starving herself and alot of walking. Well this week, middle of the week, she said she weighed 153 lbs. I was over her sitting at 148....my goodness she is only 5 lbs away from reaching what I was...the 148 lbs. Well I am not going to sit here and let her pass me up. So as of Friday, I have stepped up my game and have had a 2 day streak of putting into high gear with the proper eating, 2 hrs of cardio and 25 mins of strength training. This nice weather here in Fresno we have been having has also been a nice uplifter too.
So looking forward to extending this 2 day streak into a 9 day steak by the end of week #2 of this BL Challenge.
