This is mainly for me, but if reading it makes your day happier then right on!
So I went jogging/walking today. 3 minute walk, then 90 second jog. Repeat for a total of 6. The first jog was super easy. Pow, off I went. Second jog was a bit harder but still easy. So I was feeling awesome about myself. Third jog was a bit of struggle at the end. Still feeling super awesome. Watch my 268 pound self rolling along! Fourth jog - went for 60 seconds then bam. My legs started to give out. Like I was staggering a little. I didn't feel tired but my legs were not going any further if I was going to be jogging. So I walked briskly for the remaining time. Fifth jog, jogged for 30 seconds and about fell over. I stumbled all over the place. O_O So, I guess that means I must have exercised enough! I walked briskly home. My legs don't hurt but they are super tired now. It's like walking with 30 pound weights on my ankles. So difficult... to go... to the... laundry... room........ *ugh*
But I'm ultra proud of myself because I did jog so easily the first few times. Yay me! Maybe my next training thing will go a bit smoother.
