I had a great time in Mexico, the hotel is fantastic -Azul Sensatori in Mayan Riviera- 5 star .
I worked out 3 times in the gym, which was fantastic - equipment all new - and very clean.
I ate very healthy with omelets in the morning and yogurt. I can't get over how some people just gorge themselves when they go to an all inclusive. Lots of yummy treats but people have no concept of eating in moderation.
I tried a small chocolate pancake 1 morning and a waffle - it was so unsatisfying when you are use to protein.
The restaurants were very nice and even had gluten free options in the Mexican restaurant which shocked me.
I am not much of a drinker however the drinks I did have were fruity and high calorie so that is were I got my calories - but the working out really helped keep me on track.
I went to the gym today - I find it so hard to drop this weight - I REPEAT GETTING OLDER AND SLOW METABOLISM SUCKS!!
I am sticking to it though, hubby still doing the contest at work, and I want to get back to my size 8 where I feel great and comfortable - for me that is between 155 and 160 (thank god i am tall).
I posted 2 photos - oddly enough we didnt take many because we were having such a great time - wish i tooked more because this is one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed at.
I have to start tracking my fitness and calories again on here - it does make a difference when you monitor everything.
Glad to be home - just wished it was warm and sunny not cold and gloomy :(
Oh well - here are some photos and I also posted 2 on my page.
our room was fantastic
