For Mission 6 I chose to focus on whole body and switch up my weight lifting routine to wake my body up. I did a 100 reps workout Wednesday and Thursday. I also did a total of 105 minutes of cardio Monday - Thursday. It was a mix of walking/jogging and step class.
I met my water challenge every day - In fact I've been working to drink 12-16 glasses of water to flush out my bloat. Seems to be working. I've also committed to doing one of the following each night: face mask, paint nails, pluck eyebrows, shave, exfoliate whole body. It's nice to take a few minutes at the end of the day to decompress and pamper myself.
