Alright. I'm committed to today being the first day in months that I track everything I eat. Taking this one day at a time. I'm also going to commit to exercising for at least an hour this weekend. Lets go!

Someone posted a comment on my last blog that really resonated with me: "Saying 'NO' to temptation is saying 'YES' to you!" I really think it would help me to start looking at it this way. When I'm facing a temptation saying, "No, no, no, no, no..." doesn't always work out so well. Next time I'm going to try saying "No to that, yes to me. I'm more important. Yes, yes, yes."
