Today I baked my favorite oatmeal muffins: healthy, fiber and fruit filled, low points on my Weight Watchers plan, and totally harmless. It occured to me that the next time I have to bring a baked goodie to a meeting I will make my oatmeal muffins or corn muffins and play it safe. That way I can eat them to my heart's content and not have to be turned on by my red light food (cake). To every problem there is an answer. Sometimes we just have to make the same mistake one more time and then voila!! the solution pops right up, and it was there all the while. So today I rejoice. I'm having a good day, the light went on in my attic, and I'm feeling thinner besides.Yay!!
