Well it is but it isn't - I did not gain all my weight back that I lost but I have not been doing the program either. I injured my knee and unfortunately my computer is upstairs and stairs have been a problem for awhile. Now that is is getting a little easier I am hoping to be back on track. It is also helpful that the new phone gets the app for Sparkpeople. I recently started a college course on losing weight and keeping it off. The information there is pretty consistent with Sparkpeople and setting goals, tracking, exercising, and journaling. The course is not over yet but hopefully I will learn a little more about nutrition and eating the right foods.
