The earthquake and tsunami in Japan are on my mind. I find it hard to concentrate when there is something 'big' going on in the world. Keep having to bring myself back to the here and now and get cracking on my workload. Very glad it's Friday!

p.s. ate a lot yesterday but also gave blood...the scale showed me as weighing less this morning. I will have to test this theory next time I give blood.
