When your not feeling it what do you do??? I do want to be a runner. I want to run a 10k (isn't that the 13 miles) on my 35 birthday, in August. But if I'm too tired or too comfy (because of my great new bed) and don't get up and ready to work out by 815 when I drop Sabrina off at school then I just don't want to do it. also I have quit a few things I want to get done around the house and I feel those are more important but at the same time I know that life will always be busy and I have to LEARN how to get organized and get my fitness in. Also i am trying to start my own business out of my house in my free time, but would also like some personal time to just be lazy or do some word or number puzzles, or watch movies with out multi tasking. I am also stressed because I am behind on a few bills. Yesterday I ate a large Reese's Candy bar and 95% of a package of PB cookies.
I know I just need to get organized and make a plan to get everything done I want to. So today. I am going to clean up a bit and organize my craft room and think about my plan to get back to the Y. I did go once this week. Also I think I will make Monday cooking and organizing day. i will cook meals for the entire week.
Off to organize and clean.
