I just realized that I hadn't posted a blog since my last personal trainer workout... so I figured what better time than now to write another one about the same thing.
Over the weekend, I hit the gym w/ my son and "re-created" the workout that she had me do last week at my first session. Even without her supervision, I managed to get in another really good workout!
So, today I had my second session w/ her, and she totally changed up my routine... which pushed my body even farther than last week. I found muscles that I didn't even realize I had! LoL She threw in a couple that would strengthen my inner thigh muscles, which have been extremely weak since my hip surgery. I'm hoping to hit the gym again this weekend and "repeat" this week's workout.
Again... I just have to tell anyone who is even contemplating a personal trainer to "just do it"... you won't regret it! (well, you might right afterwards when you're kinda sore, but that goes away pretty quickly! LoL)
Oh... and while I'm blogging... let me just throw out that after my last reported weigh-in, I had bounced back into the 200's and I was hoping it was sodium-related... BUT, today I'm happy to report that I'm back down to 199.3... WooHoo!!!
