I have some things to talk about but I'm really tired so this is going to be quick. Another stellar day. Had an amazing massage tonight which hurt like h - e - l - l - but so worth it. My trainer looked over my food long from the last 2 weeks...that was interesting. I'll definitely share more later but after this massage, I'm exhausted and only want to sleep!
Tomorrow will be a trying day as it's going to be a rest day and I'm also going over to a friends house for dinner and a movie. I've already decided I am not drinking and I'm going to make sure I have a good afternoon snack so that I don't overeat on dinner and snacks and such.
Workout: ripped in 30
B: protein shake - protein powder, 1 cup skim milk, strawberries, banana, spinach
s: apple
L: breakfast burrito (flat out, 1/2 cup egg whites, green peppers, onions, diced tomatoes, turkey pepperoni, crushed tomatoes) pear
s: 2 handfuls almonds, fiber one bar
Workout: Chris
D: chicken stirfry, 10 frozen cherries
Veggies: 4ish
Sleep: almost 7 hours..not quite
Water - check
