Oh my goodness. my sugar cravings are getting the best of me today. I've tried everything from reading, exercising, eating peanut butter and crackers. Nothing seems to help. I thought if I didn't deprive my self I could eat a little sweets and be alright. I ate 5 trefoils cookies (1) serving and a small raspberry icee around 2:15pm today. Tonight at 6pm there I was craving sugar again. If you have any suggestions please feel free to post it here.
Its 8:45pm now, so I guess I have survived after all. Its time for me to rest for tonight. Good night everyone.
