Too Much/Too Little

Here's my latest dilemma I'm not sure how to deal with. I stay w/in cal range alloted by SP. I try to stick to the lower end of my allowances, altho I'm what I call a picker/licker. I lick my fingers & pick at things a lot, so that adds cals that I don't enter. But I rarely go over 1550. Then I've been doing Zumba on my PS3 about 3 times a wk, maybe a li'l more. All sounds good right??? Here's where the dilemma comes in... on my fitness tracker I get this from SP:

So this has happened before so I started eating more... then I didn't lose, and I got discouraged.
SO now what???????????????????????
