This is my 2 week review of the Shake Weight. I used it 6 minutes a day for the passed 14 days, in addition to eating healthy and working out.
Here I am, Hi! 174.4 lbs, 5'7 , biceps are 13.3 in. My arms felt week, flabby and big
Here I am today, Happy Thursday ALL! 171.4 lbs, 5'7 , Biceps measure at 12.5 in. My arms feel stronger, less giggly and seem to slide into sleeves much easier!
Total I lost 0.8 inches from my bicep.... thats over 1/2 inch in 2 weeks. I am shocked at these results as my arms have been a trouble zone that have not gained or lost inches as my weight has fluctuated. Do you see that toning!!!?!!!
In addition to that .8 inches I am feeling a strengthening of my core, back and chest. My mommy tummy is really gaining strength without any floor work or hard core ab killing workouts. (I stayed clear of doing any other arm or ab w/o these passed 2 weeks omg that was tough)
I am very encouraged to see what the next 2 weeks brings as I am out from underneath my plateau and I am giving myself a go ahead to incorporate arm and ab training along with my shake weight. I will be checking back to update on those results as well.
