My dad: the cancer is back

Wednesday, March 09, 2011

emoticon
My dad's bladder cancer is back. He has multiple tumors in his bladder.
My dad has chronic heart failure, so he has not been a candidate for removal of the bladder, but they are going to test his heart to see if possibly his heart could withstand the surgery. His heart only works at 22%.
Please keep my dad in your prayers.
He is 80 and professing God's healing hands upon him.
God can do all things!
Justa reminder: We walk in faith - but when God takes dad home, I will be looking forward to seeing dad again, standing at Heaven's gate.

I've been out of touch - emoticon I'm praying for both of you; it's a difficult valley to walk through especially when you have your own health challenges. Treasure each moment you have with your dad. emoticon

My heart goes out to you. I lost my dad on January 8, 1999, but I know that when I get to heaven he will be there waiting for me.

I'll be praying for you & your dad.

Love you my sister in Christ,
Teresa

I am sorry to hear of this news concerning your father. This disease is just horrid and I am saddened that your family is being affected by it, as are so many others. I will keep your entire family in my prayers. Just remember that God has PERFECT TIMING in all things. It is not for us to understand the whys behind the events in our lives. And, as you said, should God choose to take His child home to be with Him, you and all believers, will see your father again one day. My love to you and yours. emoticon
