I just enjoyed a small ten min walk around the back parking lot at work and IT WAS GREAT! I think I will start bringing my sneakers and start incorporating a walk in at lunch every day weather permitting :) Of course I will need to walk longer than 10 mins to get the health benefits, but it has been so long that my walking muscles are out of practice. So I will need to build up to 30 minutes.
