My son has been a pescatarian for a few years. He never eats meat or poultry.
He is healthier and has less stomach problems which are in the family.
So one day at a time I am going to eat vegetables, beans and quinoa and fish this Lent..
I will fast between meals. I have east indian and vegetarian cook books to make it tasty.
My problem is I am pre diabetic and it may be better to eat 5 times a day if I run into problems.
I just wanted to let someone know so I can report how I am doing.
I resolve to post my food. I have been lax lately
I also resolve to get to 6:30 Mass every week day before my walk.
No early Mass on Saturday.
I pray that I will be taking care of my physical but also my spiritual needs.
