I'm not losing any weight even though I'm doing all the right things:
Tracking and measuring all food and drink.
Staying at the lower end of my caloric range.
Eating recommended amounts of proteins and carbs.
Eating fruits and vegetables every day.
Drinking 8 glasses of water each day.
Exercising 40 minutes a day Monday through Friday.
Getting 8 hours of sleep each night.
I lost 4 pounds the first week. But only 1/2 pound the next week. I don't get it.
So maybe I'm losing inches, but I didn't record my measurements when I started two weeks ago. So I will now and look at it in another two weeks. Maybe I'm really losing fat and building muscle. I hope so. I hate that scale right now!
