My name is Bob, and I have been going to Weight Watchers meetings since May of 2010. By this last Thanksgiving, I had lost 51 lbs. However, since then, I have gained and lost about the same 3 lbs. over and over, and I still want to lose at least another 50. One of my WW friends told me that she also was involved with SP, so I thought I would look into it. I joined a while back, but didn't really get serious about looking around the site until a couple of weeks ago. I started using the SP food tracking system last week, in conjunction with my WW tracking. I wanted to see how many calories that I am eating, rather than just calculating the points+plus on WW. So far, (except for losing a fight with a box of Cheezits,) I have been more successful tracking my food both ways, and last week, for the first time in about 3 months, I posted a decent weight loss of 1.8lbs.! I hope that I can carry this momentum on this week, and break out of my plateau that I have been sitting at.
