Keep on keeping on

It appears that I allowed my body to slip into starvation mode. Loosing weight was very difficult and slow so I kept lowering my calories and now it doesn't want to budge at all. The good news is I have increased calories to the 1500 range. The weight is still not moving but I have not gained either. What this means is I probably will not meet my 5% challenge this time. But I continue on as my exercise miles helps the team. I will give my body a couple of weeks to reset and then I should start loosing again. My body is still toning as I have gone from a size 20 to an 18. Not so bad, but I really want to hit that 100 pounds lost mark! I ten pounds to go on that goal, I will not give up. I can't fail if I don't quit!
