Week 5 results---One more pound kicked to the curb!!!

After five weeks of really hard work I am down one more pound, for a grand total of 14 pounds lost since February 1. Not too shabby! I have upped my cardio and added a protein shake to my diet. I am still hoping to lose 13 pounds this month, so I guess I have 12 to go.
I am really starting to feel so awesome!!!
