This past month has been terrible as far as my weight loss is concerned. And, I know exactly what 1 of my problems is: I am not truthful with my food intake. I have been measuring and logging in the food. However, I don't know how accurate my measurements have been.
I did start taking a look at SP Meal Plan suggestions. I tried leaving it visible on My Nutrition page so that I could choose comparable food items. It seems that my caloric intake is a BIT higher than they suggest. So, I have decided to try and keep my meals at 300-350 calories each and my snacks at no more than 150 calories (don't check today's dinner stats).
I am going to invest in a good cookbook that breaks meals down into 300 and 400 calorie meals. Also I am definitely going to check out the meal planner on SP. I looked at it briefly a few days ago. I will spend some more time getting to know it better. I hope it has a lot of good varieties for meals.
As always, I remind myself that success is not perfection; it is progress. I can definitely see where I need to flip some things and make some changes. I see what is wrong and can see the corrections that need to be made.
My goal for this month is to lose 8 lbs. I got to keep going.
