Daily Training

I am on week two day one of the 5K training. It is hard and not getting any easier. But I am keeping at it.

I got my bicycle out of the shop today and I rode it home. It was cold but it felt so good. I can't wait for the warm weather now!!!

I signed up for my first 5K on Sunday. I will only be walking this time. But by the next one I should be able to do some jogging also. Woo Hoo!
