I usually do pilates in the mornings on Tue & Thursday but today I was asked to be someone's gym buddy for Tue. & Thur. nights. My brain said EXERCISE TWICE IN ONE DAY!!!! The my rational mind took over and said why not! If I have the time and can squeeze in two work outs at the beginning and end of the day, what's the harm? At least I'll try it and see what happens.
