Dropped my run time by 30 sec!!

In just under 2 weeks I will be taking my bi-annual AF pt test. The test consist of push up, sit ups, and a 1 1/2 mile run. Now I've never had any trouble with the sit ups; I can do sit ups for days but my kryptonite is the push ups and the run time. I have long monkey arms so push ups are always tough for me but despite my size I am a decent runner. So today I tested myself on my run time and I have shaved 30 sec. off my run time from 6 months ago. Ohh did I mention that I have not run hardly at all in the 6 months!! All I've done is did my Insanity workout for the past 3 weeks. I have not tested my push ups yet but I'm excited to see what gains I have made! I love this workout! beachbodycoach.com/esuit
