Today the snow is melting and the sun is out. It is still cold, but everything is thinking spring, even me! I have the afternoon off and can't wait to get outside and take my dogs for a long, well-deserved walk. They are small and haven't been able to get up over the snow banks all winter. It's hard shoveling all that snow to make them some paths they can use.

So today we are going for a long walk where they can go 'off-leash' and just run. I will have to wear my boots because it is mud season here. The benefit to that is that I have work a little harder getting around. I am looking forward to it, and my dogs will be happy too! It's going to be a great afternoon!
