Well I just wanted to post a blog about my new adventure with weight loss :) Well over the weekend we have purchased a treadmill and I think it was a great investment and we finally got it put together and in a place we want it. So today is my first day of doing the treadmill and lets see how that goes. I am hoping to see results in my weight and my blood sugar. Along with eating right and healthy and lots of water and getting my sleep and vitamins lol I can attain my weight loss. So come with me on this journey as I will post my results and etc on my blogs :) My weight right now is 132 and would like to be 125 to 120 so lets see if I can get there :) Keep you all posted.
