Marathon Training Week 13

It was a good week of training:

Sunday 6miles(walk)
Monday 6 miles(walk)
Tuesday 5 miles (run speed @ 10 minute pace)
Wednesday 6 miles (walk)
Thrsday 5 miles (hills)
Friday rest
Saturday 16 miles @ 12 minute pace run 9 minutes/walk 1 minute

The LSD run was cold with temps hovering at 28 degrees, wind 15 mph, overcast. Still felt good when run complete, no stiffness, not tired.

    Great job! I'm not sure I will get to that level of walking but I will be definitely trying!
