So, I've been on the diet for 15 days now, and I have to say, I have never felt better! I've lost 14.6 lbs in 15 days (and that's because I've been on my period. I'm hoping that I'll go back up to a pound a day when it's over). By the time that I'm off of this round (which I'm taking the 40 day run), I'll be 190 lbs. I'll have to go on 3 rounds total in order to get to my goal weight, but still, that will put me at my goal weight by September!!!
The diet is hard, don't get me wrong, and I can't exercise on Phase 2, but still, nearly a pound a day for 40 days is nearly 40lbs! I'm sticking to it, too! And then I can exercise!
And today marks my 30lb loss achievement!!! WOOOOO!
