Plateau busters to the rescue!

Monday, March 07, 2011

Basically, that means that my body is going to be very, very sore after tomorrow.

Today after work, I'm going to the gym for a "short" (but intense-ish) strength workout. Then I'm going out shopping with my roommate, and then home for dinner. After that, I'm going to go *back* to the gym to do my run that's planned for today - I already skipped my long run this weekend, so it's not a good idea for me to go three days without a run at all, not when it's getting so close to vacation time.

Then tomorrow, I'm going to the gym before work for a short elliptical workout, followed by a session with my personal trainer in the afternoon when work is over.

Wednesday will be a normal run day. Thursday will involve some Zumba before I head out for the airport.

Hopefully, that'll give me a bit of a kickstart, and help me maintain - if not start losing again - while away in Mexico.

Huzzah?

Hope you still can maintain active during vacation without sacrificing all the vacation fun! Why don't you bring jumping rope, it's fun and you can do anywhere, even when the weather is bad :)
