I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm more than ready for winter to be over. Since the beginning of the year, I haven't accomplished very much--but i'm working to change that.
I used to go to Bally Total Fitness, was faithful to it for about a year and a half then somehow as it always does, life got in the way and I stopped going. I've now joined a gym both closer to home and my work. Though I haven't gone as much as I'd like, I am going. I'm also determined to go down at least one size--it'll take me a while i'm sure, but i'm not worried because I know I can do it.
Right now i'm thinking of what I can do once the weather gets nicer, so far:
1. Get outside and walk more
2. Gym, that's a no brainer
3. Maybe get my bike and start riding that as well.
When or if I accomplish #1 and #3 is iffy, but it's the start of a plan at least.
