No, I haven't been 100% spot on with healthy eating and drinking. But, I have really improved things. But the scale is not showing it and clothes barely are! Since January 1, only down 2-4 pounds. Going up, down, up, down, UP.
It has been two years since the last time I re-adjusted my eating. Last time, the weight came off so easily. And this time, my workouts are much, much harder. Frustrated!!
