So! I went off Keto! And guess what . . allll that water weight that Keto manages to convince your body into dumping?

Yeah it's all back. YAY CARBS.

So you think . . ooh . . water weight . . no biggie . . can't be that much.

My waist is still smaller. The weight is just a number. IT'S JUST A NUMBER.

in other news . . I've rocked every workout this week . . . and I'm going to rock TWO workouts today. Kenpo, and then some HIIT later this evening. Just watch me step it up . . and watch that weight fall away again.

    I'm in the Induction phase of Atkins, and from tracking, I notice that I'm naturally hitting the keto-ratios. It really does seem to work, and sadly, you're right. For some of us, carbs are just evil.

    You have visible results that p90x is absolutely working for you. Don't worry about the water stuff. I know it's easier said than done, but I think you know it as well. Just focus on what's in your control. Namely, your workouts, your water intake, and your food. You have many things under control, the weight will follow. I'm sure of it.
