sorry for the emo title . . .

So! I went off Keto! And guess what . . allll that water weight that Keto manages to convince your body into dumping?

Yeah it's all back. YAY CARBS.

So you think . . ooh . . water weight . . no biggie . . can't be that much.

heh. You don't know my body.

. .

. . .

OH! HELLO AGAIN 232. So nice to see you.

My waist is still smaller. The weight is just a number. IT'S JUST A NUMBER.

in other news . . I've rocked every workout this week . . . and I'm going to rock TWO workouts today. Kenpo, and then some HIIT later this evening. Just watch me step it up . . and watch that weight fall away again.

I'm in the Induction phase of Atkins, and from tracking, I notice that I'm naturally hitting the keto-ratios. It really does seem to work, and sadly, you're right. For some of us, carbs are just evil.

It's a bummer but you're doing so well! I'm so impressed with all the hard-core workouts you just jumped right into with no fear or hesitation.

You're doing all the right things to be healthy, so please don't let the number get you down! I know it's easier said then done, and I could use this reminder myself, ha ha. Rock those workouts!

    It's just a number.
It's just a number.
It's just a number.
It's just a number.

Sigh. It's still frustrating as shiznit but you have visible results with P90X and your HiiT so keep it up. The rest of your body will catch up too.

Keep going. It's not over.

You will get this one down, too-- even all the water weight! Just so you know---- sometimes I feel half my body is water weight- trust me, I know that feeling...

But YOU have the balls to do it. Courage, baby! You've got it.

Rock that kenpo and HiiT!

You have visible results that p90x is absolutely working for you. Don't worry about the water stuff. I know it's easier said than done, but I think you know it as well. Just focus on what's in your control. Namely, your workouts, your water intake, and your food. You have many things under control, the weight will follow. I'm sure of it.

Hang in there, hon!
