So much to catch up on...

So much to catch up.... I have been feeling overwhelmed. I am taking ONE task at a time.

If you have ever been down from illness or surgery you know what I am talking about - when you are better - you realize all the things that did not get done when you were out of commission.

My House is not a disaster, Don and I kept up with the everyday things, but I still had ornaments from Christmas in the sitting room, the furniture in the sitting room had not been put back in its regular space, they were moved for the Christmas tree. The furniture needs to be moved and vacuumed under. Don did it once or twice, but with the heater running, I tend to do it more often. Things piled up in my office that I needed to go through. I started that Sunday, sitting on my butt.... got the entire piled cleaned out. I filed things that needed to be put in the file cabinet, put away wrapping paper, crochet things in the proper bins,ect. I keep a laundry basket for items I need to clean out and work on, I had not touched it in three months. I need to do other things around the house.

Spark - I really need to catch up in a few teams. I have mostly stopped by my team I lead, for the past few months. I reap what I sow, most members have not contacted me either from my other teams. I am joining the spark challenge to exercise 10 mins a day to get back on track. I may choose to leave a few teams, to focus more on my goal of gaining strength and losing some more weight. My time is so limited, due to school and everything else I am committed to doing.

Losing weight from being unable to eat,ect is the very unhealthy way to lost weight, but since I lost it, I dont want to gain it back... I am closer to my first goal... so ONWARD and FORWARD I go..... Jeanla

    You're right--attacking on task at a time is the way to get back on track. Be sure to not overdo it. I'm sure you can be successful.
