Donna day was successful. I read a book on back pain, did some of the exercises from the Awakening Course, watched some EFT videos, tapped, streteched, used my inversion table, relaxed, set a goal not to complain about anything for 30 days straight, and lost 1.2 pounds. Today I am going to make a good day.
