Week 2

Well, another week gone. I tracked my calories and have been doing my workouts. The scale doesnt seem to be showing it. Though perhaps I am just building muscle. I find that I like working out. Though with a ten month old it gets a little tricky to fit the workouts in. I wonder if the scale not moving is because I have a reward when I have lost 25lbs and am eager to get there?

I plan on getting the wii game Exerbeat. It is due to come out the end of April which just happens to conincide with when I wanted to have gotten rid of 25 lbs. I have kept off the 10 lost so far! Woo Hoo!! Perhaps I will see a positive change in the scale this week.

This week will be a busy one as the baby has some tests to undergo and a doctor's appointment. All of it being out of town and thus a four day trip. Have already measured out snacks and such for the trip and I bring my wii and my kitchen scale with me so we shall see how it all goes!

    take what you need and be faithful each day to :
    exercise, water, food, rest...just check them off each day and your in for a surpise when you get home... emoticon
