Yesterday was one of the biggest challenges I have faced since I started my healthy eating plan. I went shopping and was gone most of the day before work, and was preparing to do my workout before work when my boss called me in and had me come in way earlier than scheduled...and I had to stay late, as well as coming in at 6 am this morning and working till well past my scheduled come home time at 2 pm...I'm so exhausted I don't want to do either the workout I had planned or the skipped cardio from yesterday, mostly because my feet hurt so bad from working essentially a double shift in an active job that I can barely stand. UGH, I hope I can get the will to exercise later this evening...I;ve done well with my eating so far though.
Today's blog entry is all on healthy salads and greens, as well as the joys of making your own delicious craving-killing salad dressings. Yum!
