So my exercising routine has gone down hill in the five days i've been on vacation. We are eating out too much, although I have been good at portion control. Still not doing as well as I thought. Finding it very difficult to meet my calorie goals. My grandbabies are keeping me so busy I forget to eat. I have done really bad at meeting my nutritional goals as well. I have decided I am going to keep tracking my food everyday and try to eat more often to keep my blood sugar even. As for the exercising, we are walking to the park and playing chase at the park and my daughter has dragged me to the Mall everyday since I have been here getting ready for my granddaughters 1st birthday party. I misplaced my pedometer but those steps are adding up too. I don't want to stress over trying to stick to it like I do at home. At home I don't have all these wonderful distractions. I figure If I don't gain any weight while I am here I am ahead of the game. I came to enjoy myself and I am doing that.
