With my new Droid phone I have been using a few apps that are helping me reach my SparkPeople goals. Here are a few of them and a short description:
Endomondo - tracks my distance, mileage, speed, and heart rate. It also allows me to save a record of my exercise online.
IJournal - to privately record my thoughts on the process of progress.
Astrid Tasks - gives me a check list widget on my home page and syncs with my Google tasks.
