It is so much about changing our way of thinking isn't it? An epiphany came to me at one time that in essence I was like an alcoholic. I could never again just eat randomly; willy/nilly; on the fly. I had to THINK about meal; I had to think about everything I was putting into my mouth.
I remember at one time thinking it would be a burden to do that, but the rewards are so much stronger aren't they??!
