    Great video, good luck to you! I don't like water that much either but am just getting it in. Maybe try to add some leomon to make it taste better.

    Thank you both! I will have to invest in the stevia flavored drops because my addiction to crystal light and arizona green tea is killing me. I cheated a little bit today because I had Sobe Honey Green Tea. It has 0 everything I believe, but i know the sweetener they used is off limits. I just had to do it! If I had my 2 favorite drinks, I would be 100% satisfied with this diet.

    My friend (B-Rocka) is doing this diet with me, so I have support. Anyway, my aim is the 15 day diet and if I make it ok, I will continue with the 20 day, and if im ok from that point, I will continue with 40 days. I know the weight loss will motivate me, but I need to get over this water thing. My next goal after this diet is quitting smoking. My 30th birthday is approaching in June and I need to kick all these habits.

    Let me know if you'd like a few cookbooks that I have. have you tried the flavored (sweetleaf) stevia in your water? I never drank that much water but I didn't feel dehydrated either. But I love the sweetleaf flavors in my water. I still use it. Look on amazon if they don't carry them in your store. they have so many flavors even rootbeer. But there are other options before you go too crazy. Look at capella drops and then sweeten them with whatever stevia you want.

    As for the cravings...they take about 2 weeks for them to go away. It takes 2 weeks to break a habit so give it time and you'll work past that! One last thing, when making your own green tea, it isn't like black tea. You can't use full boil like a normal tea, it will get really bitter. Either catch it before boil or let it cool before adding the tea leaves.

    I'm typing this as I listen to your blog so it seems like I'm rambling. You were talking about enjoying your food. I have to tell you that by the time you come off hCG you have a huge appreciation for you food like you never did before. It is strange but crablegs without butter? I know! I wouldn't have done it before. I was a vegetarian for 22 years before hCG. I just didn't like the taste of it. When I started hCG , I got REAL bored with my food without it. So I started add meat into my diet. OMgoodness! I am a meat lover now! I'm not sure what happened but I really enjoy simple food now....even salads with just lemon juice! who thunked it!
