I can't figure out how to make my spark profile recalculate my caloric needs. I know how to change the number of calories to burn etc. It has occurred to me that my second job is very active. I am a night time stock person so I am constantly on the go. I am lifting boxes (lots of boxes!), bending, climbing, twisting.....and starving!
I work two jobs (about 72 hours a week) which sometimes means I work up to 20 hours/day between the two. It is a temporary solution to a problem, at this point I need to work this much. I always manage at least 1 hour of exercise/day in addition to all of the work hours. My primary job has me on my feet all day. It is not really strenuous but I am on my feet and moving the whole time.
I feel like I should be eating more, I am hungry often. Weeks when I have gone above my ranges I have lost the most weight......
I just can't figure out how to make Spark work for me under these circumstances. Any suggestions?
