I had a horrible day yesterday.
We lost a beloved family pet.

I did get myself up and out the door to bootcamp this morning though, and it felt really good.
I dont have too much else to say today.

    Oh I feel so sad for you. I'm a dog lover, but all beloved pets are like family. Nobody truly understands til they've been touched by a furry friend in a spot humans can't reach-me.
