Well here we are nearly a week in.....
Last week a little higher on the scale than I wanted, but I figured it was sodium cuz all my clothes fit fine. I've gone up and down up and down this week but I seem to stay around the same so I'm changing my ticker today... **SIGH**
I also took my measurements today. Im up in some places but down in others since I last measured. Basically I'm still maintaining, but I want to lose 10 more pounds! Right now I'm not sure how to acheive that and I'm frustrated.
March 5 Stats:
Natural Waist: 30.5
Belly Button: 31.75
R Arm: 10.5
L Arm: 10.25
R Leg: 17.5
L Leg: 17.75
I am taking this month to really focus on vegetarian diet, cutting out the junk....I still have stuff I consume. Yesterday wasn't a great day for nutrition.
And I'm adding more ST into my fitness program. I'll be back on the elliptical today cuz my knees hate me and I hate them back. And I'll probably do 30-Day Shred as part of my ST today.
My guys are on a scout camping trip this weekend, so I have plenty of time to work out and eat healthy!
I might even paint a bit. I still need to finish the kiddos play room and all the trim/doors in the house. As well as our room/bathroom and the office. So I could really get alot done. BUT I also have filing and re-arranging to do as well. **SIGH**
But first things first, I need to shower and head out to get my oil changed and then off to Sprouts. I need a few more things like bell pepper and lettuce and more kale and salmon!! :D
