Having an awesome week :)

Hi everyone! I have been working my butt off for the past few weeks, and I am having a overall wonderful week. I have been eating within range, drinking TONS of water, 2 cups of green tea every day and working out hard, trying to get back in shape. I have been really stepping up the exercise and I'm really proud of myself, for making the time to prioritize it and do it with such an insane schedule :)

Here's how the week went:
Monday: 30 Day Shred workout
Tuesday: Yoga Booty Ballet dvd
Wednesday: day off (study time!)
Thursday: Yoga Booty ballet dvd
Friday: 30 Day Shred workout

Woohoo! The workouts have been so hard and killer but I already feel so buff, and I am so excited to get stronger :)
