I am watching Biggest Loser right now. It is so inspirational. I started my workout today watching it. I pushed myself to do 35 minutes on my bike plus I did my weights tonight too.
I started my IronMe challenge. I have 18 miles biking in and 2 miles walking in. To accomplish my goal I need to do 25.3 miles on my bike and about 6 miles walking per week. My plan is to walk on the days I don't have weights and bike on the days I do have weights.
Tomorrow is weigh in. I hope that the scale is kind. I maintained last week despite having several high calorie meals during the week. So I am hoping that I lose some this week. I am on the exit ramp of the 270's.
Tomorrow I am getting a massage. I can't wait. It will feel so good. Plus I need to go grocery shopping. This coming week I go to Florida for a meeting. I am looking forward to it. I am hoping to get into a swimming pool for a bit plus check out a hotel exercise room.
