So I indulged a little yesterday. Which I totally don't regret. And slacked off and skipped my weight-ligting class--which I totally regretted because it's my favorite class. I took a four hour nap instead. To make up for it, today I weight-trained for an hour, then took my step class. Ate lunch, then took a two mile walk with a new friend and our doggies. Going to try to keep in my calorie range today--might be hard for me but I have to remember the results are worth it. I bought new clothes today, and I actually had fun trying things on for a change. Geez, I did a lot. No wonder I'm tired now.
