It is true that the scale can be a pain at times. I couldn't listen to the whole vlog, because my dogs heard your dog(s) barking and ran to the window, jumping up and barking... (oh well... so much for working on the no bark training again today-- no progress when they heard yours in the background..
In any case, it is good to keep at least every week or month to monitor the scales and keep the ticker updated, I think, as it shows that you are making progress in a way others can recognize as well. That may be because I rely a lot on the external feedback; if you are realy strongly internally motivated, it may not be needed at all for you to track on your Spark Page at all even.

Absolutely! That is exactly where I want to be...I don't want that # on the scale to reflect who I am. Great responses!!

This healthy habit adaptation has been INSANE! It's been the greatest challenge, but, even more rewarding then the number on the scale is when I know I've licked that bad habit.
(I don't vlog in front of hubby...birth five kids NO PROB! Vlog? H@y no!)
