Gretchen?! I knew that couldn't be right cuz if I had a kid named Gretchen my son would not be Hank...it's be...Gretel or Hansel...whichever one was the boy. You know it doesn't matter, cuz, I'm not German! You are so entertaining, I'm so glad I wasn't your teacher when you were a youngin'; I wouldn't have known to laugh or cry... Thanks for the fun, Beatie Boy!
sorry...Beastie Boy. Glad you're with the crazies and doing great in P.T.
OMG! You are SUCH a liar! Here I was, picturing poor, young Hank being teased for being a competitive polka dancer! Laughing about your shoe flying off, seeing Fritz "on the sidelines" yelling like a coach, enjoying the beer barrel polka, lol! I think it's true too :)
YOU DOG...I think the story is TRUE! In fact it beats MY polka story: when I was in 7th grade they teachers thought we should know all the different types of dance (waltz etc) so when we came to learning the polka, I was partnered with the student body president (a real dream-boat) and as we polka'ed around in a big circle of the lunch room, I slipped and slid about 20 yards on the floor, leaving him standing there, arms in position with no one there. I was mortified!! I still remember it vividly to this day, the humiliation, it's probably why I have a weight problem. So there ....oh and did you know it's a fast and true rule that all present and past polka dancers cannot smoke! So MAN-UP, Mr Polka-boy!
That was one of the silliest things I have heard. I do know how to polka, but my husband doesn't so we never do. It is actually pretty fun, and really good exercise. But your blogs are more fun. Thanks for the laugh.
How the heck do you keep a straight face when you tell us these tales. Next time I watch your blog I am going to make sure I visit the ladies room first. hehehehehe that really cheered me up after a verd hard day at work. Thanks for taking the time to make me laugh.
Talk about suspense...the video keeps stopping at the part where you have on the over sized shoes. I know it is probably so funny I can't handle it. Gotta love these computers sometimes.
